Introducing TM Marine Services

For nearly a decade, Sealy Technical Services built a reputation for solid naval architecture and marine engineering—the kind of practical, no-nonsense work that keeps vessels balanced, drydocks certified, and shipyards running smoothly.

Led by a marine engineering veteran with over 20 years of hands-on experience, Sealy earned the respect of shipyards, operators, and even maritime history enthusiasts.

At the same time, Tideman Marine was busy designing and building tough HDPE workboats—vessels built to take on harsh weather and heavy-duty operations without hesitation.

Now, those two worlds come together.

TM Marine Services is born.

This isn’t about reinventing the wheel—it’s about adding horsepower. By joining forces, we’ve expanded what we can deliver to owners and operators everywhere.

The result?
The same trusted engineers and naval architects.
The same proven, practical approach.
Now backed by boatbuilders who understand how every line on a drawing performs in the real world.

Stronger together. Smarter by design. Built for what’s next.

MARSEC East Success!

We had a fantastic time exhibiting at Booth #16 during MARSEC East, held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City from February 3–5, 2026. It was a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals, meet new faces, and showcase the advantages of HDPE boats and our innovative maritime solutions.

The energy on the show floor was incredible—making for a busy and rewarding first day filled with meaningful conversations and strong interest in what we do.

A special thank you to Commander Marc Hung Nguyen, USCG (Ret.), for joining us at the booth and hosting a memorable book signing of From Sea to Service. His inspiring journey from Vietnamese refugee to distinguished service member resonated with everyone who stopped by.

We’re grateful to everyone who visited us and look forward to continuing the conversations beyond MARSEC East!
